Application of bronze components in industry

Side by side with other methods of metallurgical processes, centrifugal casting, namely centrifugal bronze cast found a wide application in many branches of industry.

First of all, bronze components are used as an expenditure material for decreasing of power friction in knots and mechanisms at work, that makes it possible to prolong the process of equipment.

The fields of application of bronze parts:

• The slide bearings, which  work in the conditions of the high specific pressures
• Antifriction parts, the bearing liners, part of friction, the friction units of steel framework, the highly loaded/ highly stressed parts of auger drives, pressure/clamping and spindle nuts, the coronas of the worm gears
• Sea water pumps
• Antifriction parts
• Parts, which work in the fresh water, the liquid fuel and steam at a high temperature.
• Parts of chemical and food industry, and also, components that work at elevated temperatures and much other.
