Manufacture of bronze components and spare parts by centrifugal cast and mechanical processing

Our Closed joint-stock company “Ural Plant of Centrifugal Casting” has an opportunity to manufacture not only bronze centrifugal cast ingots, with a prior mechanical processing, but also finished parts made by our customer’s designs and their technical request. Also to process regarding wearing out of main knots and mechanisms of our client’s equipment.

We constantly control quality on each stage of technical processing.

The mechanical processing shop of centrifugal bronze cast ingots is equipped with turning, milling, gear-cutter, and with other machines with possibility of processing of components up to the designs given.

It makes it possible to sharpen different bushings, insets, nuts, screw gear-wheels and much more.
