The main goal of the management of the JSC "Ural Plant of Centrifugal Casting" in terms of quality policy is the satisfaction of customers' demands and expectations with the minimal expenditures, as well as the creation of the positive image of the company on the present markets and development of the new markets of the production distribution.

Management of the JSC "Ural Plant of Centrifugal Casting" is taking the responsibility to follow these goals and direct their activity on the solution of the following tasks:

• To guarantee the quality of the production on the bias of the continuous perfection of the manufacturing methods on conditions that the claims for the environmental norms and laws are fulfilled.
• To hold the present markets of the production distribution and to develop the new markets by supplying competitive products and raising the rate of production capacity of the repair casting of the bronze alloys.
• To create and maintain the favorable psychological environment at the company.
• To improve permanently the quality of production and to decrease the pollution of environment.

The successful achievement of the goals and tasks in the sphere of quality is based on:

• Constant perfection of the quality management system and development of the principles of the Total Quality Management.
• Perfection of the cooperation with the customers for the guarantee of the accomplishment their requests and expectations.
• Modernization of the management systems and application of the statistic methods of the regulation the technological processes.
• Maintenance of the ecological norms.
